How do you store my data?
Any data I collect from you will be treated as confidential and not passed on to any other person or institution. The information will be kept in an iCloud that is password protected and only accessible by me. No paper copies will be kept of any records, any papers you will sign will be scanned and the originals will be shredded. You can ask to have your file sent to you at any time. The records will be kept by me for 7 years as according to current UK laws.
Why are you recording the sessions?
I sometimes record our sessions to be able to listen to them again for my own reflection and learning.I will always ask your permission in advance before doing so. Many of my clients appreciate the feedback they get from this. The recordings will only be kept until our next session and deleted at the latest 6 months after our last session.
Are you insured?
Through Balens Ltd I got a Professional, Public and Products Liability policy and a Commercial Legal Protection policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
I will always try to find you another slot, but if you cancel less than 48 hours before the session, you will have to pay as agreed. The reason for this is that I will not be able to fill the slot on short notice. Should you want to gift the session to a friend instead of losing it, just let me know.
