Frequently asked questions

How do you store my data?

Any data I collect from you will be treated as confidential and not passed on to any other person or institution. The information will be kept in an iCloud that is password protected and only accessible by me. No paper copies will be kept of any records, any papers you will sign will be scanned and the originals will be shredded. You can ask to have your file sent to you at any time. The records will be kept by me for 7 years as according to current UK laws.

What third parties are handling my data?

My website is run by WIX and they also provide me with a system for invoices and payments, soif you fill in any forms on the website and when you pay me your information will be stored and according to their GDPR statements

 

My email and business page is run by Google and any information will be handled as according to their GDPR statements.

My documents are stored in iCloud and are covered by Apples GDPR statements.

​

My bank is Monzo and the information they store are covered by their GDPR statements.

Are you insured?

I got a Professional, Public and Products Liability policy and a Commercial Legal Protection policy through Balens Ltd

What is your cancellation policy?

I will always try to find you another slot, but if you cancel less than 48 hours before the session, you will have to pay as agreed. The reason for this is that I will not be able to fill the slot on short notice. Should you want to gift the session to a friend instead of losing it, just let me know.
